Our on-site Workshop for Bone and Joint Infections provide up-to-date information and a practical approach to manage periprosthetic joint infection, osteomyelitis and fracture-related infections successfully. We cover prevention, diagnosis and combined (medical and surgical) treatment, with particular emphasis on the interdisciplinary approach and efficient modern concepts.
The courses are a mix of lectures by expert scientists in the domain, interactive case discussion and Q&A.

Faculty
Target Audience
Attending physicians, advanced fellows, or resident trainees primarily from the disciplines of orthopaedic surgery, traumatology, internal medicine, infectious diseases and microbiology, but also other surgical disciplines, like general surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery and also pharmacy, pathology, radiology, basic sciences (biology, biotechnology, chemistry, material science).
